In my lessons I do my best to be receptive to my students, identifying areas of both toughness and weakness and adjusting the pace, mode and strategy of the sessions as necessary. Throughout my knowing of mathematics I have actually always really felt that I involve the most with the subject via doing several example problems, so I would put a high value on this technique to discovering in my sessions. I will take another look at the previous week's material at the start of every session to ensure a complete comprehension and to develop confidence for the tutees as they progress.
